We Design & Sell The Job
Our design and sales team will handle everything from here. Designing their new space and selecting finishes and colors can be most enjoyable part of the journey, though it may also feel overwhelming. No need to worry; we’ve got their referrals covered. Our design team stays updated on the latest trends, will guide them through their options, and help them stick to their budget. We also offer 3D renderings, allowing them to visualize their stunning new space before construction begins! After finalizing planning and design, we will sign a construction and get ready to start the project.
You get Paid up to 3%
Once the construction contract is signed and we receive your downpayment, you can earn up to 3% of total contract value. We compensate our referral partners every 30 days for all referrals that have resulted in sold projects during that time. Whether you're an individual or business, we appreciate your referrals and are pleased to continue rewarding you for considering us for any remodeling or building projects you encounter.
We Build!!
In our Build Phase, everything comes together seamlessly. Our expert teams will turn the planning and design into a tangible reality With careful attention to detail, we will either construct or renovate their space, delivering luxury or extra square footage they've always dreamed of. Although construction can chaotic and unpredictable, we pride ourselves on reducing change orders and complications by carefully addressing every detail during our Planning and Design phases. they need to do is relax and prepare to enjoy their stunning new space.
